Job Description
We are currently seeking a full time Cook.
Major responsibilities include:

Prepare breakfast, lunch and/or dinners.

Work in a fast paced kitchen consistantl putting out perfect plates.

Review menus prior to preparation of food.

Assure that high standards or cleanliness and quality are upheld.

Coordinate food service with other departments as necessary.
-
Assist with the purchase and inventory of the food supply.

Follow all sanitation guidelines.
-
Become familiar with new menu items/dishes.
-
Weekends mandatory.
Requirements

Ability to keep focus and multitask.

Attention to detail.

Strong work ethic.

Must be able to work long hours on your feet (typically 5 hours but up to 8).

Must be able to bend, lift, carry 30+ pounds and have full range of motion.

Dependability and punctuality.

Basic English

High School diploma or equivalent

Experience with quantity food preparation preferred

Demonstrate cooking skills and ability to follow established menus and recipes
